      Depending on how tight they've got thier system tied up, and your browser and ISP settings, you can likely vote more than once by doing some combination of clearing your history and cookies, and closing, then re-opening your browser.

      It sound's like a big-to-do, but it only takes a few seconds.  Voting 10 times at MSNBC is almost certianly more fun that what you'd be doing those couple of minutes at work otherwise.
